Crazy to think that Zillow could still have Zestimates off by as much as 74K. It's actually 84K if you consider that the property sold with multiple offers and over asking price. Zillow uses a radius search which is also dependent on the zip code, user submitted data and public tax records. They still cannot take into consideration things like:
- Major remodels
- Neighborhood eye sores
- Backing to a busy street
- Unpermitted additions or work
- Lot size
- & Many more factors that give you an accurate price for your home!
